Who it’s for
Plumbers, maintenance crews, facilities teams, and renovators handling toilet removals, change‑outs, and transport where water spills are a risk.
How it works
Spill Safe uses a super‑absorbent sodium polyacrylate that binds free water into a semi‑solid gel. It’s not classified as dangerous under GHS; simply handle with normal hygiene and avoid eye contact, like any fine powder.
How to use
- Tip the entire 25 g sachet into the pan.
- Allow to set (gel forms quickly).
- Remove the pan and proceed with the job.
Pro tip: Keep a couple of sachets in the van for unexpected call‑outs.
Important usage notes
- Potable water: Not for use in any pipework that carries drinking water.
- Septic systems: Do not flush Spill Safe into a septic tank.
- Sewer system: Small amounts (≤ one used sachet turned to gel) may be flushed into a sewerage system; follow with at least one full flush after the gel disappears from the bowl.
- General disposal: Gel or leftover powder can be safely disposed of in household waste.
For site‑specific requirements, always follow your local regulations and your company’s safety procedures. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet. See Safety & SDS below.
