HARRISON & BLOY – KFC PROMOTION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promoter
This promotion is jointly run by Harrison Bloy and Aqualine Trading Ltd (“the Promoter”).
Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 13 March 2026 to 31 May2026 (inclusive).
No claims will be accepted outside this period.
Eligibility
• This promotion is available exclusively to Harrison Bloy trade account holders.
• Purchases must be made through authorised Harrison Bloy branches during the promotion period.
• The offer is available to trade customers only. Consumer purchases are excluded.
Qualifying Products
Only the following products qualify:
• SPARTAN TITAN STUD Bracket
• SPARTAN TITAN JOIST Bracket
No other products qualify.
Offer Details
• One (1) free $5 KFC voucher will be provided for each eligible unit purchased.
• Vouchers are issued strictly on a one‑for‑one basis per qualifying product.
Voucher Fulfilment
• Voucher fulfilment may vary by region:
– North Island: vouchers will be supplied with orders where possible.
– South Island: vouchers will be delivered directly to branches for distribution at point of sale.
• Harrison Bloy branches are responsible for issuing the voucher to the customer upon sale of a qualifying product.
Voucher Conditions
• KFC vouchers are subject to KFC’s standard terms and conditions, including expiry and redemption rules.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged.
• Expiry dates are set by KFC and cannot be extended by Harrison Bloy or Aqualine.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
Availability
• Vouchers are available while stocks last.
• No rainchecks apply if vouchers run out.
• The Promoter may substitute the voucher with an alternative of equal value if necessary.
Returns & Refunds
• If a qualifying product is returned or refunded, the corresponding voucher must also be returned.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or reclaim vouchers where a purchase is cancelled or refunded.
• H&B reserve the right to credit returns net of incentive value ie. Minus the voucher equivalent voucher value supplied. And that this is at the discretion of H&B.
Proof of Purchase
• Proof of purchase may be required for any claim relating to the promotion.
Fraud & Misuse
• The Promoter may refuse to honour any claim it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with these terms.
Limitations
• The promotion applies only to purchases made during the promotional period.
• Quotes, backorders, or orders placed outside the promotional period are not eligible.
General
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances beyond its control.
• All decisions by the Promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• As this promotion applies to trade customers only, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.
